2022 High quality Stone Slab Cutting Machine - 45°Tilting head bridge saw – MACTOTEC

The cutting head can tilt 45° for mitre cutting.

Machine is applicable for the cutting of granite and marble slabs, cement products etc. It features a high processing precision in proper operating conditions. This machine is characterized by high precision, high performance and is particular applicable for the cutting of high-value and heavy-gauge slabs.

The cutting machine adopts the bridge structure, using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration driving structure. The left and right supports are installed on both ends of the cross beam and supported by cement foundation. The cross beam moves longitudinally and stably on the supports to realize the preset longitudinal movement of the cutter. The cutting spindle travels on the cross beam and guide columns move up and down for the upward and downward cutting of slabs.

The PLC frequency conversion control system is adopted, parameters (including cutting size specifications, moving speed, etc.) are input through the man-machine dialogue interface, to realize automatic processing.

The electric control cabinet accommodates all the control devices of the machine. The machine is operated and controlled through the operating buttons on the control panel and those in the worktable control box. All necessary parameters and operations can be set in the electric control cabinet. All power supply can be cut off for an emergency stop through the electric control cabinet in case of emergency.

The bridge saw machine equip with infrared laser to confirm the position of the workpiece and ensure cutting precision.

The hydraulic control worktable is horizontal 90° or 360° arbitrary angle rotation, and vertical 85° rotation for easy loading and unloading .
