INTRODUCTION

It multi-functional can works straight lines, curved lines, rectangular, shaped, vertical or inclined cuts, profiling, etc.  It can for manual programming or import CAD file for processing directly,

Intelligent and easy operated. Equip with camera, can realize remote control,and guide the machine operation step by step.  It is widely used for cutting marble slabs, granite, quartz, sintered stone and other natural stones. The monoblock support structure does not require any foundations, which minimizes installation and set-up cost.

The cutting blade can rotate automatically among 0-360°any degrees. Tilt 0-45degrees.

This CNC bridge machine equipped with jumbo worktable size of 3500×2100mm, the maximum processing size can reach 3500×2100mm to cut big slabs.

The table can turn 85 degrees,which makes the slab loading /unloading more convenient and reduces the labor intensity.

Machine adopts linear track and ball screw, helical gear, high-precision planetary reducer, servo system, etc as movement parts. Greatly improve cutting precision and with fast response.

Mechanical body and gantry structure, high quality steel welded and tempered to ensure machine long lifespan and without deformation.
Adopt famous and top brands brands components to ensure stability and quality, such as Yaskawa drive motor and drive for high speed ans precision, Omron switch for protection. auto lubrication pump. Automatic Oiling System.

Two standard models available, MTYK-3015 with maximum working size 3000X1500mm, MTYK-3215 with maximum working size 3200X1500mm.
