INTRODUCTION

It is cnc Controlled bridge sawing machine with 5 interpolated axes (X, Y, Z, C,A) well designed for the processing of granite,marble, quartz or other natural stones.  It can manual programming or import CAD file for processing.

5 Axis Bridge Saw Machine cutting blade can rotate automatically among 0-360°any degrees. Tilt 0-90 degrees. Table tilt 0-85 degrees.  with strong processing functions, such as straight line cut, cross cut, grid cut, mitre cut, Polygon cut and all kinds of curved lines cut,profiling, etc. With advantages of small occupation, easy operation, accurate processing, fast and convenient conversion of different functions.

It with a touch screen of easy and intuitive use to CNC software ( CAD CAM) cutting . It can for manual programming or import CAD file for processing directly,

It has the function of remote control and diagnosis through Internet , technician can give remeote training servie to guide the operation of machine . and machine equip with camera , which can remote monitoring the machine working .

The CNC bridge saw equipped with jumbo worktable size of 3500×2100mm, the maximum processing size can reach 3500×2100mm to cut big slabs.

Machine adopts linear track and ball screw, helical gear, high-precision planetary reducer, servo system, etc as movement parts. Greatly improve cutting precision and with fast response.

The monoblock support structure does not require any foundations, which minimizes installation and set-up cost. And it can fit a 20GP container for shipping.
