INTRODUCTION

Splitting machine is idea choice to produce Cobble stones, Paving stones, tiles for paving and cladding, decorative Wall stones and Kerb stones, etc. It can works for stone materials like granite, basalt, gneiss, limestone, sandstone, porphyry and many other types of natural stone. Machine is of high reliability and easy handling, every splitting machine can be integrated designed in a production line to satisfy your actual demand.

Model MT-S200 and MT-S240 are well designed to cut natural face stone, can split both saw-cut face and natural face.

With MT-S200 splitting machine applicable for maximum 40cm height X80cm width materials, output about 25㎡ per hour.

With MT-S240 splitting machine applicable for maximum 60cm height X120cm width materials, output about 90㎡ per hour.
The hydraulic system of machine uses top quality hydraulic components which with stable performance, and long service life.  you will get fantastic production experience and prominent reduction in operating costs.

Smart cutting head,when moving down to split stones, it brings with powerful hydraulic power to split the stone down in a spot. which improve production efficiency a lot and produce superior splitting quality on products. The stone splitting machine is equipped with a special hydraulic system.

Operation of this machine is very easy. After starting the machine and setting the splitting head moving stroke, get stone material ready on the roller table, the operator just need to pull the control lever , the splitting head will press down to break the stone and then automatically retreat to the beginning position.
Machine build with strong cast iron and high quality components, greatly guarantee stability during working. Splitting blade is made from super hard alloy which can ensures long lifetime and not easily deformed or breakdown. When the blade is worn out, just take off the fastener to replace with new one is easy..
