INTRODUCTION

This is a fully automatic controlled stone baluster machine. After adjusting the dimensions of each part, one worker can operate multiple machines, and different models for processing different length and diameter available to satisfy your special needs.

The stone baluster cutting machine works automatically by micro computer, variable speed of X,Y,Z axis via 3 inverters for speed and efficiency. Cutting head moves left and right by screw rod transmission, Cutting head goes up and down by screw rod transmission. worktable is driven by motor with belt transmission. Revolving speed can be adjusted by inverter according to the hardness of the stone.

The machine adopts advanced electronic technology, optical fiber probe, scanning according to the pattern, high degree of automation and long service life. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.

The machine can process two or four Roman columns at the same time, which greatly improves labor productivity and wonderful for mass production. machine with the advantages of nice appearance, heavy structure, high efficiency, and easy operation.

Model MTCZ-1 Max cutting length 3000mm, cutting diameter max 600mm, cut one piece each time.
Model MTCZ-2 Max cutting length 1800mm, cutting diameter max 200mm, can cut 2 pieces one time.
Model MTCZ-4 cutting length 600-800mm, cutting diameter max 150mm, can cut 4 pieces one time.

Machine equipped with laser sensor tracks the template and guide the cutting blade follows the template to make 100% exact shape copy cut on the turning stones. The template is made of thin wooden board, easy to change with diversified patterns and designs.
