This model of water filter press machine is consist of 11 pieces of filter plates which adhere to each other to form chambers. liquid sludge is pumped between the filter plates so that solids are distributed evenly during the fill cycle. Solids accumulated on filter cloth, forming the filter cake. Liquids being filtered are discharged by drain pipes and put into recycling use . Once the chambers are full, the cycle is completed and the filter cakes are ready to be released. As the plates are shifted, the filter cake falls from each chamber into solids collection hopper below the press. The filtered dry solids meets typical landfill standards, it can usable as elements for concrete brick making. the pressure allows the liquid part to escape overcoming the filtering cloths. The liquid is clean water will be discharged for recycle use.
