INTRODUCTION

This is a crushing machine special designed to deal with stone waste material, make good recycle use of waste stones and create new values, to realize green production.  It applies to crushing hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble, slag and other aggregates or other stones. Crushed stones can be widely used in building materials, highway, railway, etc.

Stone Crusher is build with rigid one-piece fabricated base frame for sound strength.and durability .There are two jaws inside the crushing chamber . One is fixed while the other moves back and forth constantly. In this way to compresses the rock materials and make it to break.till crushed size are small enough to pass through the bottom gap. With High crushing ratio, uniform well-distributed final product size.

The front wall of the frame is equipped with fixed jaws fastened by wedge-shaped bolts. Side guards are installed on the inner side walls of the left and right frames of the crusher to protect the inner side walls of the frame from wear.

Stone crushing machine maintenance is easy, the spare parts adopt the domestic latest wearable material, with advantages of low wastage and long lifetime, bring considerable profit for customers.

Max size of rock material can be feed in this machine is 400mm width X 150mm thickness.
Particles output size after crushed can be 0-80mm adjustable according to your special requirement.

This smart stone crushing line with capacity about 5-8tons per day.

Conveyor belt equipped with machine, can transfer rock materials to crushing mouth automatic and easy, which saves labour and time.
