INTRODUCTION

This machine is specially designed for the slab thickness calibrating automatically. well applicable for both granite and marble . calibrating is an necessary processing step before slabs being polished, especially for slabs with large evenness difference on surface.

Conveyor belt continuous feed slabs, High speed rotating disc with diamond segment milling on the stone surface , make the slabs to be uniform thickness, which can greatly improve the polishing efficiency and stone product quality, and reduce the cost of polishing.

Stone calibrating machine spindles are mounted to robust cast iron monolithic structure and build in heavy type , with great rigidity and machining performance, practically eliminates vibrations generated even operating by intensive work cycles.

The operator can easily program and manage the granite &marble calibrating machine through control panel which located in frontal position, such as:

Auto/Manual
Calibrating head up and down
Conveyor belt speed
Height position of the head according to the thickness reading

Stone calibrator equip with fixed type large disk head, compared with swing type small disk head on market, our calibrating machine can achieve larger processing capacity and get better flatness on final slab surface.

22kw motor for each calibrating head adopted on machine, give strong power supply when machine on work, you will see the advantage especially when you use this machine to work on hard stones.

Conveying of slabs speed adjustable, so you can control the speed as per your actual stone calibrating processing requirement.
