INTRODUCTION

This Machine is ideal equipment for mass production of regular tiles . applicable for marble, granite ,limestone, quartz and other stones.

The whole production line including 3 heads transverse cutting machine and 7 heads longitudinal cutting machine，roller conveyors.

Machine maximum cutting width 900mm, maximum cutting thickness 5cm.

Stone multi heads cutting machine are equip with sensors that can detect the feed of slabs, then the narrow belts on cutting machine start conveying slabs to the right position, table go up to lift the slabs that above on narrow convey belts and cutting heads going down to cut.

Machine has hydraulic rollers to fix slabs to prevent moving during cutting .so the accuracy ensured. after cut, cutting heads back to original position automatically, and table going down, so next feeding slabs can be conveyed and continue processing like that again.

This multi blades stone cross cutting machine line working fully automatic after all parameters setted, production efficiency is extremely high which can reach 80-100㎡/ hours.

18.5kw big motor equipped for each cutting heads, give strong power even for hard stones cutting.

Each head on Multi disk stone cutting machine can be controlled dependently, that means when you just want keep some of heads working, you can press the stop button for the rest heads which not required to work. And you can adjust the distance between each heads, in this case, you can get the cutting size as per your actual demand.

Conveyor belt transmit speed is adjustable according to different hardness of stones.

Machine steel material and control components uses top quality to ensure machine long lifetime and better maintenance.
