INTRODUCTION

Linear guide wails in X、Y、Z axis guarantee cutting speed and accuracy.

All electric and control components are design and sourced with international famous top brands, such as such as Panasonic PLC, Schneider Converter. Fuji Contactor, NSK bearing( accuracy class: P5,Omron relay, etc , which keeps a long service life and bring convenience for maintenance.

Precise positioning block using 40R steel which has a hardness around 60° ensures a long-term life of the machine. The normal cutting machine uses normal steel which has a hardness around only 17°.

MTHL-450 bridge saw machine installed with servo motor, compared with stepper motors, it with higher precision and stability and rapid response at machine’s command.

Machine is monoblock structure frame perfect for easy installation. No foundation required.
With remote control equipped. Convenient for operation.

If you would like cut enlarged size slabs, our model MTHL-450B is the jumbo saw for your best choice, it works maximum for 3500X2100mm.
