The bridge saw is a highly automatic machine well built to perform various tasks in marble , granite, quartz, limestone processing. It is ideal in cutting tombstone, building stone and big size slabs etc.

Bridge cutting machine Machine features fully-automatic beam displacement positioning, reciprocating cutter frame, automatic lifting/lowering of cutter frame and once-off horizontal cutting of slabs. Therefore, the straightness and geometric dimensions of slabs can be guaranteed with this machine.

Stone cutting machine with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic transmission. The beam moves along the oil-sealed guide rails on both sides. It is characterized by high mechanical accuracy, rational structure, convenient installation and repairs, flexible operation, stable and reliable transmission and high automation. The cutting parameters can be freely set; the cutting depth and traveling speed can be program-controlled; the cutting of big size slabs can be carried out in an automatic and recycling manner upon once-off setup.

The bridge has been built in large thickness normalized cast iron. gives the bridge high level rigidity, prevents the bridge from shape deformation and ensure continuous cutting accuracy.

Blade holder head is highly resistant cast iron structure. Disc lifting/down movement is powered by four chrome-plated guide pillars.

Limit switches are automatically limiting the disc moving range during stone cutting.

Stone edge cutting machine rotating and tilt table made in steel with good load capacity. It is 3200mm length and 2000mm width. Table tilts up to 85 degree for easier slab loading by hydraulic. and rotate by 90° (360°optional）. It is also furnished with a hydraulic locking mechanism to reduce the labor intensity, increase productivity and fundamentally guarantee the cutting quality of slabs.

Easy operation control panel. PLC controlled with cutting dimensions set by terminal input. All operations are executed either manually by the operator or automatically by the program.

The electric parts of this bridge saw adopt famous top brands , such as Mitsubishi PLC, Yaskawa/Schneider converter,etc.
