INTRODUCTION

The bridge saw is a highly automatic machine well built to perform various tasks in marble, granite, quartz or other natural stones processing. It is ideal in cutting tombstone, building stone and big size slabs etc.

Cutting head can automatically rotate 90°, Flexible rotation and simple operation highly improve the efficiency..

With tilt head spindle which allows 45°cut.

The hydraulic powered worktable can up turning 85 degree for easy slab loading/unloading .

Machine can install 350-500mm diameter blades, It is able to cut maximum 3200 mm length and 2000 mm width and 80 mm thick.

One-piece structure designed, easy for machine loading/unloading and installation(not require foundation. Hydraulic station and electric cabinet combined into machine stand,it saves workshop space.

Cutting parameters can be put into the machine by control panel and then the bridge saw make automatic cutting owing to its PLC control system.The machine’s software interface is easy to use and may be operated on different sophistication levels. The fast and easy level allows the operator to rapidly and easily carry out all simple cutting operations using the touchscreen.

Laser light alignment system and comes standard with a wireless remote control for easy set up.
