INTRODUCTION
Xiamen Mactotec Equipment Co., Ltd supplies diamond wire saw machine for stone quarry equipment since 2012. This 55kw machine is powerful and economical balanced in granite quarries, by using 11.50mm & 12.50mm rubber diamond wire saw for bench cutting, large surface & bottom side sawing as well as block squaring. It’s available to cut in any direction: vertical, horizontal, also along inclined surfaces, this is made possible by the motorized 180° rotation of the drive wheel unit.
Features and Advantages
1. Applied advanced design and fabrication technology, this machine is suitable for bench cutting and block squaring at granite, marble and sandstone quarries.
2. Machine’s angle and rotation is through electric panel, with high automation. Machine can cut in any direction: vertical, horizontal and also along inclined surfaces. This is made possible by the motorized 180° rotation of the drive wheel unit.
3. Imported vector frequency inverters are equipped to ensure the constant torque output. The feeding speed can be adjusted automatically by the constant tension control system. The adjustment is stable, so the cutting condition is always remain the best.
4. The control panel can be cable control and remote control, monitor will show the instant current, feeding speed and cutting time.
5. The machine system has s fault detection intelligence system function, displays the alarms and gives troubleshooting and possible solutions which can help the operator find and solve problems immediately.
6. Using PID technology, the machine can adjust the feeding speed automatically according to the changing load of the main motor. This keeps the wire tension constant, preventing wire breaking and extending diamond wire life.
7. Machine’s rails have a lower profile than traditional rails, which allows to perform horizontal cuts at a lower level.
