MTCZ-1600 High-Efficient Multi-blade Stone Cutting Machine

MTCZ-1600 multi-blades cutting machine can installed 6 pieces of diameterφ1600mm saw blades for cutting at one time, saw blade adopts electric up and down alone the stand pillar., machine equip with trolley which can realize front and rear automatic moving for cutting.
The maximum length can be processed by this cutting machine is 2000mm, maximum working width 1100mm, maximum cutting thickness 630mm.
Cutting Machine build with 45kw main motor power, gives strong power for continuous cutting even for some hard stone materials.
Machine is build by gantry structure, and use high grade cast iron, top quality electric and driving components, greatly improve the stable cutting precision and service life.
The distance between each blades are adjustable.so you can cut different sizes as per your actual processing requirement through adjusting the blades quantity and distance.
Installation and maintenance of the machine is easy. Install the pillar and vice pillar on the concert foundation first, the two pillar need to be revised on the balance and vertical, the tolerance is less than 0.3/500. After adjusted the balance, lock the fixed nuts. then install the main axis, trolley and other transmission parts.
