Double Blades Stone Edge Cross Cutting and Trimming Machine
INTRODUCTION
This machines line well for stone edge trimming and cutting. workable for marble, granite or other stones materials. Model MTCZ-1200-2 and model MTCZ-700-1 can be perfectly combined to be continuous production line, Model MTCZ-1200-2 for transverse cutting, , model MTCZ-700-1 for cross cutting.
Machine MTCZ-1200-2 with two cutting heads, maximum cutting width 1200mm. The distance between the two heads is adjustable according to actual processing requirement. Continuous conveyor belt with frequency converter for speed adjusting. Each cutting head can be independently controlled, there are separate buttons for the two cutting heads, if you just need one cutting head work , you can just start the corresponding one only. In order to ensure the processing slabs well fixed for precise cutting, machine MTCZ-1200-2 is designed with double guide bars on two sides of conveyor.
Machine MTCZ-700-1 cut slab in cross direction . maximum working length 4000mm. Working width 700mm. It well used to cut long slabs or tiles into sectional or trimming irregular edges. The cross machine equip with roller table, stone material can be flexible transferred, makes loading and unloading more easy and save time. , you can set machine work automatically or manually to meet different work.
